Here are a few favourites from around the world that will warm you from the inside out. Made with rolled vine or cabbage leaves and stuffed with rice, minced meat and spices, the Sarmi is warming, healthy and tastes divine. Dipping it in creamy Bulgarian yoghurt takes it to the next level. By the way, this Sarmi transforms into a vegetarian dish by filling it with raisins or walnuts instead, making it oh-so moreish.
