Top tip: To make it perfect EVERY TIME, put your mixing bowl and whisk in the freezer for 20 minutes (yes, that’s right) and make sure your cream is as cold as possible. Put all your ingredients in your super chilled bowl and whisk on high speed for about a minute until soft peaks form. Don’t overbeat. Voila you’re done!
